As Vice President & Controller, Donna leads Ventech Solutions’ accounting and finance operations with a focus on driving excellence in the areas of finance, payroll, tax, compliance and audit requirements.

Donna has more than 25 years of expertise and leadership in financial management, accounting and as a controller. She joined the company in 2016 and has been instrumental in establishing standardized and comprehensive processes.

Donna holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Empire State College, along with an MBA in Executive Management and Finance from Ashland University.
