Community Outreach
At Ventech Solutions, corporate social responsibility and giving back are close to our hearts.
Our Giving Back Philosophy
When you give a person food, you help them live for a day but when you give them good health, you extend their life by decades. When you give a person a good education, it enriches their lives. Combining health and education, they are able to better their lives and live happily. When you sprinkle in the salt and pepper that is faith, you make them whole.
“Size doesn’t matter when it comes to giving back! It is the meaningful action impacting a person, entity or a community in need of help.”
– Ravi Kunduru, Founder and CEO of Ventech Solutions
Kunduru Foundation
Through the Kunduru Foundation, the company’s philanthropic activities are formalized with its partners from various organizations and communities to support education, healthcare and faith-based activities. The foundation is driven by a single goal; to making the world a better place for all. It has provided financial, technical and strategic support to a variety of organizations such as the American Heart Association, Habitat for Humanity and American Cancer Society and other organizations throughout the world.
Ventech Youth Innovation Team
Our Ventech Youth Innovation Team (VYIT) program brings together students who are interested in innovation and entrepreneurship and gives them a platform where they learn to create ideas for potential intellectual property. The students are connected with leaders and innovators at Ventech Solutions who help champion their ideas and provide an environment for cultivating a product concept into a real-world solution.
Employee-Driven Activities
Employees are encouraged to give back through our Paid Volunteer Hours program, where they can volunteer their time at a charitable organization that’s personal to them and their community.
