Inc. magazine today released its 25th annual Inc. 500 ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the USA. Ventech Solutions ranks #348 on the list and in the top 100 fastest growing IT Services companies with an amazing three year sales growth of 394%. More than 200,000 privately held companies all over the US were considered before the final 500 were selected. The 2006 Inc. 500 companies were engines of job growth, having created more than 90,000 jobs since the companies were founded. Ventech, thus joins the elite list of companies on this list that represent the vanguard of the American industry. Over the year, the Inc. 500 has identified the next generation of world-class companies, with Microsoft, Oracle, E*Trade, Intuit, Gateway, Stony-field Farms, Timberland, The Pricenton Review, Morningstar, Jamba Juice and Domino’s pizza all appearing on the list before they become industry powerhouses.

Ventech Solutions, Inc., the successor to Master Minds, was founded with its first headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. The company was incorporated on January 31, 2002 with the same team, but with a greater vision for Ventech framed out with big aspirations focused on continuous profitable growth and prosperity to its employees.
Master Minds, Inc. was founded by Ravi and the company was operating from Ravi’s apartment until October 1998. Master Minds had offices in Atlanta, Georgia, Columbus, Ohio and Sydney, Australia. Master Minds grew into a large business by 1997, moved into its first corporate offices from his apartment and celebrated record 4 years combined revenues of over $14 million.
Soon after this success, Ravi founded Master Minds with the sole aim to create a world class global enterprise. Master Minds was a Desktop Publishing, Computer Sales and Support Company. The company had a record growth from zero revenue to over INR 5 Million in its first year.
The company was started as a Book Publishing company Balaji Publications out of a hut (where Ravi Kunduru was a paying guest student) nearby his college in Chennai (Potheri, India). The company successfully published Advance Microprocessor and Design II, a custom print of thousands of copies to cater the needs of Engineering students for the academic year.
