Ventech Solutions Continues Commitment to Process Excellence

Ventech has been appraised at level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® – Development and Services. The appraisal was performed by Quality Waves.

CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance. An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates the organization is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for maturity level 3, is established and improved over time.

Ventech is proud to continue the process improvement journey of promoting the highest quality of services to our clients. Since 2004 there have been three CMMI SCAMPI A appraisals. Ventech was the first company in the world to demonstrate CMMI Level 5 for Development (v1.2) in 2006, followed by CMMI Level 3 (v1.3) in 2013 and 2016. The 2016 appraisal added CMMI Level 3 for Services– a milestone appraisal demonstrating our continued commitment to process excellence.
