Ventech Solutions is one of five organizations that make up the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Technical Assistance Collective, a group of organizations with in-depth expertise in Medicaid financing of HCBS services.

The mission of the collective is to provide technical assistance to state Medicaid programs in the implementation of their HCBS initiatives financed by the 2021 American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) HCBS Funding Initiative.

The ARPA HCBS Funding Initiative was enacted under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. The total amount of state and federal expenditures for the initiative is projected to exceed $30 billion over a four-year period from April 1, 2021, until March 31, 2025.

Beginning on November 15, 2022, ADvancing States and American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Technical Assistance Collective will begin their phase 3 execution. Read more.
