Ventech Solutions is proud to announce that its leadership has won the Patriot Award from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), a Department of Defense program. Supervisors receive these awards in recognition of “contributing to national security and protecting liberty and freedom by supporting an employee’s participation in America’s National Guard and Reserve Force,” as stated on the certificate.
“As a proud contractor to the federal government including the Department of Defense, it’s an honor to receive this award, which is submitted through an employee-nominated process,” said Christopher Hill, Chief People Officer. “We recognize many of our workforce members are Veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces and we fully champion our employees who are still serving our country with programs in place that will provide the support that they need while they’re called to duty.”
